To keep your R/O System functioning at an optimum level, its filters need to be changed annually. The AlkaViva RO Annual Replacement Package includes a sediment filter, a carbon block filter, an inline re-mineralizing filter, and a taste & odor filter. 

RO Membrane Replacement

The RO Membrane, itself, needs to be replaced every two years. If it's time for that, just select that option from the dropdown menu.

If You Have an AlkaViva H2 or Melody II Water Ionizer and Want Blank Filter Replacements

Tell us in the comment box if you have blank filters in your ionizer. The replacement package does not come with new "blank filters", but it does come with replacement wires. Plug these in to tell the AlkaViva Water Ionizer that new filters have been installed. They are free, but you do have to request them with your RO replacement package order.

Did You Purchase Your AlkaViva RO Before 2021?

If you have an older RO (prior to 2021) your filter package will be slightly different. It's the same price though. Just let us know when you order if your RO is an older model.

Filters Non-Returnable

The company will stand by their product if it's defective. They will repair it or replace it for free if it's defective. However, no returns-for-refund are allowed for filters through which water has been poured.
