For all other products we have a 10-day satisfaction guarantee as follows:

With products that don't contain filters you may return them within 10-days if you aren't satisfied with them as long as they arrive to us in like-new, re-sellable condition (see below).
With products that contain filters you may not return them if they were used. However, as long as they weren't used you may return them as long as they are in like-new condition.
You may not return pH pitchers which have been used, however if you have unused filters (packaging is sealed) you may return them.
Hydrogen water machines and hydrogen gas machines may only be returned within 10 days (unless it was a condition of the sale that it was "final"). They also must be in like-new condition.

All returns must be authorized. Fill out this Request for Assistance form to start the process.
All returns must be like-new. Anything returned for refund must arrive in like-new, undamaged, re-sellable condition and in the same original packaging. Plus any free items that came with your purchase must also be in like-new, re-sellable condition.
If you bought the product to try it, we suggest you follow our tips to get the best results. One of our biggest tips is to call us or email if you have any difficulty. We have thoroughly researched setting up water ionizers to work great, no matter what the source water. In any case you are never required to follow any of our tips and your 100% honest to goodness satisfaction is guaranteed.
If you bought the product to test it, please note that all pH and ORP levels are approximate, depending on local water supply.

There must be no missing pieces.
There must be no scratches or other conditions that make the machine no longer "like new".
The packaging is also like-new and there are no rips or tears in it, and no missing pieces of packaging.
The instruction manual is not soiled or written on.

Returned products that are found to not be in like-new condition, are subject to being rejected as a return.

If the returned item is like-new and has no signs of usage, the restocking fee is 5%.
