Heavy Metal [KDF 55] Prefilter

KDF 55 first of all is a heavy metal filter which is also able to remove chlorine & chloramine. The filter contains both KDF 55 proprietary filter media and coconut shell granular activated carbon. The KDF 55 filter removes: sediment, chlorine, lead, mercury, arsenic, copper, scale, lime, VOCs, THMs and much more. The Heavy Metal [KDF 55] Prefilter filters out heavy metals up to 99%. Prefilters need to be placed into housings. The Prefilters, themselves, are designed to last about a year. Fits standard sized housing [sold separately].
